As part of our coaching and mentoring programs, we use the Extended DISC profiling tool.   This assists us and out clients in better understanding their strengths and development areas which results in meaningful and measurable results.  Deanna Lane has recently achieved Master Trainer accreditation in Extended DISC and works closely with CEOs and HR professionals in identifying potential canditates and also the development of executives for future leadership positions.
